JR pass exchange order is valid for 3 months from the issue date.
The reason why we ask you to put a date(tentative plan) is to make sure you plan to activate it within 3 months or not.
You can start using your pass right away or you can select a day for the first day to start using your pass at the time of activation in the JR exchange office.
Please note that the Regional Pass is only eligible for a foreign tourist visiting Japan from abroad for sightseeing, under the foreign tourist visiting Japan.
*Japanese passport holders or Japanese residents cannot be used.

 JR pass local pick-up hours in 2024
Hours : Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. 
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
【Notice】JR Pass Local pick-up and delivery option in April,2024.
Please note that the JR Pass Local pick-up schedule and FedEex/Xpress post-delivery option will be changed for the period time below.
 
●Effective period : April 1st, 2024 to April 30th,2024
●Local pick-up at Richmond office : Only available on Wednesday 4/3,4/10, 4/17 and 4/24 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
●FedEx delivery : Unavailable
●Xpress Post delivery : Delivery estimate time will be longer than usual.
 
If you are planning to purchase a JRpass during the above period, please order with plenty of time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
J-Station at Richmond office Pick-up for JAPAN RAIL PASS Exchange Order 【2023/07】

Pickup will be ready on/after 3 pm on the next day.
e.g.
・If you ordered the JR pass on Monday. Your pass will be ready to pick-up on Tuesday on/after 3pm.
・If you ordered during the weekend, Your pass will be ready to pick-up on Monday on/after 3 pm.

Pick up hours: Mon-Fri 10:00am -12:00pm / 3:00pm - 5:00pm (Close: Saturday ,Sunday and holiday) / Pickup Location: 8899 Odlin Crescent, Richmond, BC, V6X 3Z7
J-Station's entrance is located on Cambie Rd. Please go around the main building and access from the Cambie Rd side doors. (as of May 15,2023)
